F.B.I DOCUMENT TITLED: THE FLYING ROLL
JULY 8, 1947
This is by far one of my most treasured and favorite F.B.I documents to ever surface in the Bureau's UFO vault.
The section in red in the middle of the page reads as follows.
1. PART OF THE DISKS CARRY CREWS, OTHERS ARE UNDER REMOTE CONTROL.
2. THEIR MISSION IS PEACEFUL, THE VISITORS CONTEMPLATE SETTLING "THIS PLANE" << MEANING THIS DIMENSION.
3. THESE VISITORS ARE HUMAN-LIKE BUT MUCH LARGER IN SIZE.
4. THEY ARE NOT EXCARNATE EARTH PEOPLE, BUT COME FROM THEIR OWN WORLD.
5. THEY DO NOT COME FROM ANY "PLANET" AS WE USE THE WORD, BUT FROM AN ETHERIC PLANET WHICH INTERPENATRATES WITH OUR OWN AND IS NOT PERCIVIABLE TO US.
6. THE BODIES OF THE VISITORS, AND THE CRAFT ALSO, AUTOMATICALLY "MATERIALIZE" ON ENTERING THE VIBRATORY RATE OF OUR DENSE MATTER.
7. THE DISKS POSSESS A TYPE OF RADIANT ENERGY, OR RAY WHICH WILL EASILY DISINTEGRATE ANY ATTACKING SHIP. THEY REENTER THE ETHERIC FIELD AT WILL, AND SO SIMPLY DISAPPEAR FROM OUR VISION WITHOUT TRACE.
8. THE REGION FROM WHICH THE COME IS NOT THE "ASTRAL PLAN" BUT WHICH CORRESPOND TO THE LOKAS OR TALAS, STUDENTS OF ESOTERIC MATTERS WILL UNDERSTAND THESE MATTERS.
9. THEY CANNOT BE REACHED BY RADIO BUT CAN BY RADAR IF A SIGNAL SYSTEM CAN BE DEVISED FOR THAT APPARATUS.
If you ask me this is the most damning piece of extra-dimensional evidence that has and probably ever will exist, it's right there on the F.B.I'S website! I honestly don't know how disclosure has not completely happened with this document being available to the public. I think, however, this is how the government might just let us know about these things, just put the papers out and let the crowd make up their minds on what is true and what isn't.

The Doug McNeill Case.
I was contacted by Doug earlier in 2016 regarding his UFO video, which actually he was responding to an add that I had put on the internet looking for UFO witnesses, abductees, experiencers and so on.
This is the first ever UFO submission case that had ever been sent to me, and I was more than happy to take a look at it to see if I could find any clue as to what was actually happening in the video. This video came from Olympia, Washington and actually it is a stunning video showing some very bizarre footage. One thing that struck my first was what appeared to be some sort of dimensional portal opening up in the sky along with what appeared to be some sort of energy being or UFO. I only say being because there are times in the video when it appears to take on humanoid features such as a body that in form is somewhat human where you can see the head, arms, and legs. However just today I have gotten in contact with Doug again and he is going to be providing me with the full account of the events that transpired that night and I will probably end up doing another analysis of this video and adding his story into the video.
